Made from a remarkable brocade woven in England for ecclesiastical garments. This is a deeply symbolic brocade designed in 1890, by Willam Perkins. It combines the rose, as the symbol of the Resurrection and the Crown of Thorns which symbolises Atonement.
The design is named for the legend of the Glastonbury Thorn, said to have been planted by Joseph of Arimathea.

These "Gastonbury Brocade" bags are just a little bit bigger than our other foldover pouches so may be a good choice if you need larger bag.

  • Good size to fit most tarot decks (and/or reading glasses!) 6.8  * 4.6 inches (17.25 * 13 cm).
  • Light padding/stiffening makes the bag durable but it still feels soft to the touch.
  • Fully lined in a beautiful purple pure silk dupion.
  • Enhanced with Bababarock Limited Edition label.
