An atmospheric Czech "Amphora" vase / ewer that was made in Turn Teplitz, most likely in the 1920s, but this example could be earlier.
It's in very good antique condition - it seems hardly used and almost in perfect condition.
The design is classic "Egyptian Revival" with a picture of an Egyptian magician /astronomer on one side, and a pharaoh's head on the other. It's decorated with some really beautiful highly glazed motives which in typical Czech Amphora style are made to look like enamel.
A large piece, at 15 inches high.
